balanced stay near rialto
the reception staff displayed kindness. i received a map with recommendations for sites to see. the room was very clean. the air conditioning worked well.
the hotel was noisy starting at 9 am.

The location was great. It was very close to the Rialto Bridge and the canal transportation. I liked that this maximized my time in the city. The staff was helpful and friendly.
There was no elevator. I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. This was not ideal. The room lacked a television! That was a slight inconvenience. Breakfasts were only average.

charming stay near rialto
mini fridge front desk easy walk
I really enjoyed that my room had a mini fridge. It was quite useful for keeping my drinks cool. the front desk held my luggage after i checked out. i easily walked to many attractions, including the rialto bridge. i appreciated the 24-hour front desk service. It added a sense of security.
The stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage. An elevator would have been helpful, but i managed.

the staff was very courteous, they helped me book a water taxi and even assisted with my luggage. they answered my questions and gave suggestions for local places. i liked their warm welcome.

breakfast had tasty options, i especially liked the fresh croissants. i enjoyed that they offered cappuccinos. the breakfast area was small, but adequate for a quick morning meal.
